As of 7/16/1977. Robert I. Rafford, Jr., New York, is vice president and sales manager of the New York General Accounts Department, Becker Securities. Bob joined the firm in 1971 after serving as vice president and sales manager of Eastman Dillon, Union Securities for five years. He received a B.S. degree from Rutgers University (1957) and an M.B.A. degree from the N.Y.U. Graduate School of Business.
