As of 7/16/1977. Robert A. Nau, New York, is a managing director in the Corporate Finance Department, Eastern region, of Warburg Paribas Becker. He joined the firm in Chicago in 1970 as a corporate finance associate and transferred to New York in 1975 to direct the marketing of corporate finance services to industrial and commercial corporations in the Eastern region. Bob received a B.A. degree from Yale University and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School.

Bob resigned Becker in 1978 and joined Blyth Eastman Dillon, and then moved to Salomon in 1981. After 15 years at Salomon, Bob transferred to and ended his career at Credit Suisse First Boston and retired in 2001.
