As of 7/16/1977. Richard E. Kavanagh, Chicago, is vice president and manager of the Municipal Finance services of A.G. Becker Municipal Securities. Prior to joining the firm in 1969, Dick was chief of the Finance Branch of the Housing Asssistance Office of the U.S. Government Department of Housing and Urban Development for some five years. He recerived a B.S. degree from DePaul University.
