Bradey (Brad) Neubaur joined Becker in 1963 to help deepen and more systematize the credit review process for new and existing commercial paper issuers. Others joined this effort over time, but Brad was always a key contributor. Gratitude was felt all around when the Penn Central went bankrupt with a substantial amount of commercial paper outstanding and holders and the dealer facing losses. Brad was also always available for quick and immediate credit reviews and analysis. To the knowledge of colleagues, Brad retired in the 1970s and has probably died.
